Prayer for Anxiety and Worry

Heavenly Father,

I come before You today carrying worries, fears, and concerns that feel heavier than I can bear. My mind is restless, and my heart is anxious. Yet Your Word reminds me that I do not have to carry these burdens alone.

Lord, I choose to place every concern into Your loving hands. Help me to trust You with my future, my family, my finances, my health, and every situation that causes me to feel overwhelmed. Replace my fear with faith and my worry with confidence in Your promises.

Fill my heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Quiet the racing thoughts within me and help me remember that You are always near. When uncertainty surrounds me, remind me that You remain faithful and that nothing is beyond Your control.

Strengthen me today to focus on Your goodness rather than my fears. Teach me to rest in Your presence and trust that You are working even when I cannot see the outcome.

Thank You for loving me, protecting me, and guiding me through every challenge. I surrender my anxieties to You and receive Your peace, comfort, and strength.
